FIMALAC ENTERTAINMENT News and Special Offers

If you agreed to receive information, news and special offers from the FIMALAC ENTERTAINMENT Group (holding company of FIMALAC ENTERTAINMENT RESSOURCES), you may receive by electronic communication (email, sms…), news and offers from the FIMALAC ENTERTAINMENT Group, which brings together show production companies and manages certain show venues in Paris and in the French provinces.

 

What is the legal basis for processing my personal data?

The processing of your personal data is based on different legal reasons (legal basis) depending on the use we make of the personal data.  Please find below the legal bases we apply to our main processing operations.

  • Contract: the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you have consented by accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the Website.

Furthermore, to help us respond quickly, please provide us with your surname, first name, e-mail, address and, if possible, your Client Account Number.  Some of your rights requests (right of access) will require a copy of an ID card with your signature to confirm your identity and specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

You will receive a reply within 1 (one) – 2 (two) months, depending on the complexity and number of requests.

In case your telephone number is collected during the creation of your account or the placing of your order, we inform you that your phone number will only be used for your orders.  According to the legal  provisions, you can, if you wish, oppose the use of your phone number for the cold calling. Who are the data recipients?
